The key factors include -
1.GENETICS: Your genetics can play an important role in understanding which disease you're most likely to get or even influence your life span. This is out of your control as you can't change your genetics however you can improve your diet and lifestyle.
2. LIFESTYLE: If you have a dull lifestyle,are stressed, depressed and fall sick frequently due to bad immunity you're more likely to suffer from heart attacks and infections easily.
3.GENDER: Scientifically women are proven to live longer than men.
Example: life span on average male in India is 70.5 while for a female it's 73.5(Data may vary)
4. EXERCISE: If you exercise regularly/walk/perform HIIT risk of various cardiovascular and even other disorders decreases.
Now coming onto how you can optimise your lifestyle -:
Start small
Start eating a balanced diet and keeping check of your weight, blood sugar levels, pulse rate,blood pressure and conduct regular haemo and urine tests (every 6 Months) to keep a check.
You can also start with ZUMBA/YOGA/BRISK WALKING and join a gym if you find it suitable for yourself
